The Home
Casa Tropicana offers two apartments, one upstairs and one downstairs. Each comes complete with a living area, kitchen, master bedroom with king bed and unique bathroom with outdoor shower. The two separate living areas are perfect for families with older children or two couples who want their own privacy but still be able to gather together.
THE DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT

The Downstairs Apartment is available for rent individually. It opens onto the pool area and has all the amenities you'd need. Its large bedroom also has plenty of closet space along with a large screen TV and high-speed internet, and small desk area for doing business while on vacation. Its kitchen also has ample counter space and includes a small island counter. The living area is large and spacious, and its bathroom has a unique outdoor shower. THE UPSTAIRS APARTMENT

The Upstairs Apartment is also available for renting individual but will not have access to the downstairs pool. It offers tree-top living with all the amenities. Its roomy bedroom has plenty of closet space and opens onto a large terrace. The kitchen has ample counter space to prep all of your favorite tropical drinks. 50% deposit due within 5 days to confirm reservations.

The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days before arrival.

Reservation requests within 30 days of the arrival date must be paid in full within 7 days to confirm the reservation.

A $100 pet fee is required.

No smoking indoors allowed but permitted in the outdoor areas.

Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. If we do not have incoming guests, we are flexible about check out time.
